Returns, Refunds and Damages Policy
Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you will have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, where appropriate, and in the original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The full cost of returning the item(s) will be covered by you, the customer. We do not cover the return costs. The item(s) being returned must be packaged in the same manner as they were received. This will ensure they are protected in transit. We cannot be responsible for any damaged returns if they are not packaged correctly.

Refunds
​
We will notify you when we’ve received/inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. We will aim to process your refund within 72 hours of receiving returned the goods. Please note that it can take time for your bank or payment card company to process and repay the refund too.

Damages and Issues
All our products are checked carefully before despatch. Please check your order on receipt. If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will request that you send us photos of the damaged item(s) so we can claim any damages from Royal Mail.
