• Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 (for all orders under £50.00) - UK mainland only.

• Free standard delivery for all orders over £50.00. UK mainland only.

• Our next-day delivery charge is £6.95. UK mainland only. 

• We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and will aim to post your order within two working days. Please note that this does not include bank holidays. 

• ​​If an order is placed before 1 pm, we will aim to post on the same day. For any orders placed after this time, they will be sent before 1 pm the following day. 

• ​Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be posted on the next available working day before 1 pm.

• ​Once your order is dispatched, we will aim to deliver via Royal Mail within 2-5 working days. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery for any circumstances out of our control, e.g. bad weather, postal strikes etc. 

• Please check that you have entered the correct delivery address and details when checking out. 

• ​If an order is missing, please note that any replacement orders will be sent once a claim investigation has been completed, just in case the investigation results in the shipment being delivered.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include the Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to track progress until it is delivered to you.
